Cheques are issued in favor of the Hospital in which the patient is admitted. In special cases, the cheques maybe issued in favor of the patients at the discretion of the authority and provided latest and upto date medical reports and authentic estimate of expenses likely to be incurred are produced
Thus the amount of assistance given through each of the schemes add up as under till 31st March 2020.
